These terms cover this website. Each application listed under Projects is separate software with its own terms and its own licence, and those govern the software rather than this page.
What the site is
A personal portfolio: a description of work I have done, and links to where that work lives. It is offered for reading. Nothing here is a service, and there is nothing to sign up for.
Accuracy
Pages here are written to be accurate and state their own limitations, but they describe projects that change. Nothing on this site is advice, professional or otherwise, and nothing on it is a warranty about the software it describes — the software's own licence, in every case the GPL, is what disclaims warranty and it does so in full.
The software is licensed separately
Describing a project here grants you no rights in it. Each project is free software under its own licence in its own repository, and that licence is what you rely on when you use, copy or modify it.
Content on the site
The writing, photographs and drawings on this site are mine, except the third-party marks — GitHub's, LinkedIn's, and the South West Irish Community Group's — which belong to their owners and appear here to identify what they link to. Quote and link freely; ask before republishing a page or a photograph wholesale.
Links away from here
Pages link out to GitHub, LinkedIn, Facebook and the community group's own site. Those are other people's services, with their own terms, and this site is not responsible for what they do.
Availability
The site is static and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It may be offline, moved or changed at any time, without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia.
